WalSnake AeroSpace Cargo/Passenger/Rescue Heavy

This amphibious plane equipped all needed for rescue of kerbals on the water. Also it can carry some cargo and drop it with chutes. It very easy to control, it even liftoff from water surface by itself without help of pilot. All you need is deploy flaps (custom 1) and set thrust to max and enjoy.

V(liftoff):
50 m/s (from ground)
70 m/s (from water)
V(landing):
40 m/s (on water)
60 m/s (on ground)
V(cruise):
320 m/s (on 5000 m)

Fuel capacity: 7700 u
Crew 1-4 kerbals
Passengers capacity 16

Controls:
1: Flaps (extend/retract)
2: Reverse thrust (on/off)
9: Open bottom cargo bay
0: Open back door

Also you can load it with some cargo or more fuel in cargo bay to extend flight range or deliver it for those who need.

For safe landing to surface you need to follow the instruction:
1 - descend lower than100 m on usual speed;
2 - descrease speed to 70 m/s;
3 - extend flaps;
4 - continue descending keeping you speed above 60 m/s;
5 - on altitude 20 meters or lower set full reverse thrust

For liftoff from water:
1 - extend flaps
2 - set full thrust
3 - plane will do it by itself on 70 m/s or you can rise it a little earlyer.
