Quietest Monorail Station with Road.

Exactly the same as the vanilla Monorail Station over Road however with silent / zero / no noise.

Noise radius and effect have been reduced to 0.

I tried to find something similar but they don't have lights. So I have created this.

This looks like it may solve my biggest gripe with monorail, which is that I can't run it through my residential areas like I feel it was meant to be used.
