Light Blast Doors

Not a lot to say here.

This adds another group of blast door blocks that are as light as interior blocks, so you can have moving parts without all the unnecessary weight.

Changed the build material to interior plates. This reduces weight on these from 20kg a plate to 3kg.

With the advent of better collision models for moving parts. Blast doors are nearly useless. Light blast doors are more so. Unless they weigh much less than regular armor blocks... (make sails and wings)
