The Ellsworth Building is a real life building in Iowa Falls, Iowa. It is on the national database of historical buildings and has been adapted into cities skylines.

This is a 1x wide building, but centered in 2x wide footprint, so it won't grow wall-to-wall.

You can scale or crop images to lower their file size. Good PNGs (which is what photos should be) are almost always good at 1440*810 px. :)
