Less lag-kick-happy Battlezone 98 Redux!

NOTICE: YOU MUST ENABLE THIS IN THE GAME'S MOD MENU FOR IT TO FUNCTION! DON'T FORGET!!!

Discovered by mcreilly and Impulse out of their extreme desire to play and beat HyperFighter's "Crossroads of Destiny" without one of them being kicked in the middle of it. May they succeed in their endeavor someday soon... (EDIT: Pretty sure they did)

This is literally a must-have, otherwise you'll be 10 minutes into a strat and suddenly you get auto-kicked because somebody alt-tabbed for a moment to change their Spotify song, packet loss goes up a little bit for 5 seconds and the game decides to ♥♥♥♥ itself..
