[Outfit mod for Gladio]

I had another go at resizing SFV Ryu's outfit to Gladio's proportions... it's not exactly easy.

lol had some issues weightpainting this - tried using the KG coat for the 'skirt', but it didn't work at all so the 'skirt' is just on his normal armature... This means it gets pretty ugly there when in a sitting pose -- plz no photos of that XD
