Same problem with green taxis and I think I know why; it has a color map. The taxi is using the default "line" color of the taxis which is blue green for me. Don't give it a color map and it should be fixed.

Yes, I've never noticed but it's because green is the default color for Taxi in the game, I think there is a mod to change it
