轰-6（代号：H-6，英文：Xian H-6 Strategic Bomber）轰炸机，是20世纪50年代末中国航空工业西安飞机工业有限公司参照前苏联中型喷气轰炸机图-16研制。图-16采用两台涡轮喷气发动机，后掠翼型。1959年中国开始仿制图-16，后一度终止。1964年3月恢复研制。第一架轰-6原型机于1966年10月完成，用于静力试验。1968年12月24日，安装中国国产涡喷-8发动机的轰-6首飞成功，1969年轰-6批量投产

The H-6 bomber was developed by China Aviation Industry Xi'an Aircraft Industry Co., Ltd. in the late 1950s with reference to the tu-16 of the medium-sized jet bomber of the former Soviet Union. tu-16 uses two turbojet engines, swept wing. In 1959, China began to copy the figure-16, and then stopped. Development resumed in March 1964. The first H-6 prototype was completed in October 1966 for static test. On December 24, 1968, the first flight of the H-6 engine installed in China's domestic turbojet-8 engine was successful. In 1969, the H-6 engine was put into mass production.
