It is quite normal to have huge numeric values in I.T.P.M.M.'s configs.
It is a character data that represents 4 letters language/region ISO codes compressed into 8 bytes.
So you should not use 0 or 1. Instead, try deleting the file!
I re-uploaded ITPMM with the default configs.json removed.
If the problem persists, it may be because I am using an old version of PLib. If another MOD that uses PLib uses a higher version than the one I am using, then it may cause the problem.
For now, I tested it by activating only the MOD I made and I didn't see the same issue.
Restarting again allows the game to launch, but sets said variable back to 0 and breaks the language selection menu of I.P.M.M. again
The mods were still broken intially.
Until I looked at the configs for I.P.M.M. which seemed to be broken and didn't show anything initally.
I looked into the actual config.txt file and only saw the variable language set to 0.
Setting it to 1 and restarting somehow fixed it and now the langauge variable is set to a confusing high number of 30962681237405813
So it turns out I.P.M.M. was the problem. Either way, thanks for the fix ^^
An yes, ONI's mod interactions are really confusing and weird
I have reviewed the issue you reported. However, I couldn't gather any useful information and failed to reproduce the same error. You might want to consider manually updating the mod using something like a Mod Manager. Automatic updates in the game don't always work properly :/
The mod itself and all the translation dependecies are up to date.
