This is already a feature in the game.
Red is a thief in Bark that steals 150.c from you.
However this character was already recruit-able in the game.
Let me say again; Already in the game. This is not a new character but an existing one.

But here is the thing:

You only got one chance to recruit this unique character.
And
You would never know she was recruit-able.

You see that is because if the encounter dialog is to repeat again you can then Exploit the dialog to earn 150.c back every time the conversation ends. So it's not like you are going to get your money back multiple times to seem like your are stealing from her, oh no. That also means if you mess up you miss the recruitment option of this character completely.

The Changes to this character's dialog:

You can talk to her again.
You can talk to her again with a recruit-able option if you have more than 2000.c.
That also means I increased the encounter to trigger when the character has more than 2000.c, so you don't lose 150.c out of the required 200.c.
