Another experiment of killzone's variety.
This time it's entirely different.

Introduce : No Collision Killzone - you can shoot through any wall with almost all weapons.

Pros: You can shoot zed everywhere.
Cons: Your grenade or demolition weapon won't hit some floor. (Still hit the moving slope floors)

Knowing Issue:
1. Husk will not shoot the player where he stand in different layer.
2. Patty's rocket will hit the structure.
3. Demolition weapon will hit the elevator during it moving.
