Series 1-202-11.
A two-storey house with 12 apartments (in the game 6 families).
This is version with brick walls and two roof variations.
Version of this asset with stucco walls.

The material for the roof can be selected after the construction of the building by clicking on the building and select RoofMetal or RoofTiles.
To select a roof option, you need the Building Variations mod.
The building will work without the BuildingVariations mod, but you will not be able to change the type of roof (the roof will be just metal).

Without RICO this is a unique buildings without any functions and parameters!
