Where is nerf Gjallarhorn skin?

I tested two bugged rocket launchers the two were eyes of tomorrow and this one and this is what i found on flatgrass it works fine but on a workshop map when shooting one of the rocket launchers it explodes in your face when it is fired so it the bug that a few people are telling in the comments has something to do with the map you are playing on
