You can play the map in sandbox.
Although the TTT weapon spawns will appear around the map & they won't be usable.

Skull locations:

In the fountain, near the front of the church
In the funeral parlour, near the body
In the crypt, near the bodies, at the bottom of the tower at the back of the church
At the bottom of one of the towers at the front of the church
