It's a been a while so I'll give away a clue to the shootable easter egg
You are looking for 5 skulls on fire or near fire, you will need a sniper to see the skull properly

I'll give away one location
Floating rock
Look at it from the train cart that is in the sky once you have teleported.

The only indication you'll receive is the skull disappears
Once all 5 have been shot you'll receive a message
"All skulls have been collected"

Return to tedds house in the bedroom you'll notice a portal appears in the floor
