Missing required asset "Joak's Wicker Chair (for three)"

Question: since this is level 4, in-game "High rise ban" would not block this right? I believe Highrise Ban only prevents buildings from going to level 5. This is why I see this tall building pop up in districts where I would like to keep medium heights. Any solution to this problem?

Props are 100% optional, you can safely ignore the missing assets list in the loading screen mod.

Too much additional clutter being reported. The missing item list associated with many of these otherwise very nice buildings is beyond silly. Unsubscribed from so many after trying them. Yes, I could go to the LSM text file and un-hash them off, but I won't as I don't want needy assets. Benches, trees on balconies which don't match any other tree on my map, a myriad of planters and plant boxes I don't want anyway. Such a shame. Clutter-free options for the minimalist might be a thought worth considering. Otherwise, nice job, but not for me.

None of those are missing, they're already included in the collection.
