French Expansionism

WARNING: This mod is for players who do NOT own La Resistance, and is an expansion to France's new base game focus tree.

Adds new focuses to the French focus tree, providing a route to expand into the Benelux and then strike Germany.
These focuses are available via both France's Fascist and Communist focus trees.
Adds a new event chain surrounding French pressure into the Netherlands. You may choose/have to fight the British for the Netherlands, or you may be given some land followed by a free vassalisation. Both options provide different advantages alongside diverse gameplay and multiplayer options.

Also fixes Paradox's bug with the presentation of France's focus tree.
