I have added a 12h clock option now, you can find it on the right-hand side when selecting the wallpaper.

Yeah this would be perfect for us in the United States with a 12 hr clock. If I was able to do it I'd just shift everything to the left a bulb and make the last one an AM/PM one.

Please add an option for 12 and 24 hour clocks.
