I have a lot of blurry textures on the columns/corners, is there any way to fix this?

Should still be there. Nothing has changed that should affect it in any way. It has a picture of an oil barrel on it

Does it still work with the new heli update? (Can't find it in building menu)

I just put this together to take a picture. The pipes will transfer both but you can only store one type which you can choose in the storage tanks. I usually set it up like this with one for each, doesn't matter which way round they are, whatever suits your setup

Sorry to bother you with this question, but which one connection (upper or lower regarding your demo pics) is for bitumen or for fuel?

i had already deleted the save before your response the link is an accurate rebuild of it exactly how it was laid out
