Weapon charge nag removal

If you want to use an enchanted weapon, but you hate the message constantly pestering you about it being out of juice, then this is the mod for you, because it removes that message entirely! (This also affects staves.)
No gameplay changes; you'll still need to recharge items as usual. This just gets rid of that annoying message.


COMPATIBILITY:
This mod does exactly one thing: alter the game setting sMagicCastInsufficientItemCharge, which is normally "Your item has insufficient charge". It's clean, and shouldn't have any problems with any other mods.
