Is it hard to see anything with it on?
Is it kinda cheesy?
Couldn't it have been done a bit higher resolution?
Doesn't it kinda have nothing to do with halloween?

Yes. To all of the above. But hey, I think it's pretty neat.
It's an animated vhs overlay with interlacing, sorta. If you wanna feel like you're in a tape from the 80s/90s, this is just your thing. Good for vaporwave, cyberpunk, A E S T H E T I C, fnaf, retro, manhunt, surveillance, outrun, nightvision, found footage, and more.

Oh, this uses the basic screen overlay technique, with an animated texture. I used Mask Overlay by Spooky Vivvy as the basis for the mod.
