[Final] Steventechno's Buildings and Roads Pack 2.0

It's been a long time coming... My Buildings and Roads Pack has been pretty successful, and now it's time... I present... The Official successor!


Everything you loved about the first pack, It's back, and better than ever! Every building now features MUCH, MUCH Needed details, such as Lights on the ceilings, Switches and outlets, This is the same type of upgrade as House Pack 3 is to House Pack 2. Finally finishing House Pack 3 is next on the Agenda.

All of the old buildings, back and better than ever! We (still) have:

Housing (Apartments, all revised and enhanced!)
Public places, Clubs, Stores, School, etc. (They've all received some serious face-lifts)
Skyscrapers: Enhanced the exteriors and.... are now Enter-able on the first floor!
Most of the major buildings come with Door, and Doorless variants, Exactly as House Pack 3 does, as well as "No Lot" variants! More options to choose from! No more boring empty rooms! Now every housing unit comes with furnished bathrooms and kitchens! - Just like House Pack 3 does!

Along with new designs and upgrades, some buildings even got RGB Now! It certainly adds a whole lot more life to these buildings! (Clubs and PC Shop) Check em' out!

Pretty much all of them, fully redone from scratch!


Also while all of the old highways were remade as well, An all-new connector comes out! Now, Double lane roads can be used as highways with the new connector!

All roads have been remade from scratch, somewhat matching the old set, while adding a little bit more detail in the process.


This project was simply originally just going to be an update to the old pack, but as suggested by followers, It has become a whole new separate pack, New model name assignments and all! and as such, it cannot and Will not override the old pack in any way!


Q: What's the purpose of this pack when you've already made one? It's pointless!
A: No it's not! Once you step inside, You'll see EXACTLY why this pack came to be!

Q: Why is the second building short on two rooms?
A: I hit the poly limit when trying to do 8. I've decided to just accept it, and nothing's stopping you from spawning multiple.

Q: Why are there ungodly large lots? They have the potential to crash the game!
A: Why not? The more the merrier! (Server admins, Consider blacklisting the lots larger than 32x32!)

Q: Can I have this pack and the old one too?
A: Yeah! Even though they'll be obviously different in design, clashing styles, nothing is stopping you from using both packs.

Q: Will this be used @ Tokoyami's Furry Sandbox?
A: We'll see about that. As I see they do use my content, I don't see why not! The upgrade's worth it in my book!

Q: What's the best assembly method for this pack?
A: Currently, Precision STool is the best method. Setting the nudge amount to 0.001 or somewhere similar will allow you to fine-tune attached parts. Standard "Easy Weld" will simply leave a noticeable Gap.

Q: Big question: Will my request(s)/"Suggestions" be implemented in this pack?

A: I may update this pack with time, on my own terms, I won't be accepting neither Point-Blank. I do this stuff for free and just for fun. My packs, My rules, My time.
