The problem with the ideological values, where I could not pick values even when I had a higher value than the policy required, has been fixed successfully.
Another problem persists though and can be seen in other replies here.
At the first point in which I can adopt a policy after choosing an ideology, the notification for the policy does not go away even after I have chosen one. I am stuck at that turn. Whenever I got stuck with your old rise to power mod and the JFDLC, I would save and then load that save back up, whatever notification was causing the problem would be gone or work fine. This did not work here, interestingly I was prevented from putting more than one policy in, so the loop didn't happen. Maybe a temporary solution would be saving-loading with policy saving turned on.
I am not 100% sure if the problem is caused by this mod, but it is certainly one of your mods that does it.
