Chirper Collider 1.0 by Oqt1

Hello everyone. I just wanted to share my first asset that I have made after leaning how to.!

I will welcome constructive criticism.

Because this is my first I'v added props to it. I would in the future only upload naked buildings so users can add their own props to it :)

The building is closed at night! The mayor can't afford to pay overtime!

If I Update this building I will let people know here as well.

I would recommend using the pathway pillars to support the hangout part of the building: Use MoveIt Mod for that!

I would also recommend darkning the build a little bit with the building painter mod!

And thanks to user KingBob for teaching me how to use. 3ds Max and Paint.net and importing files to the game :)

Seems pretty nice for office/high tech industrial zone but it would be nice if you post the stats, I assume dat this building has the same stats as the original collider
