no, joker is an character the first appeared in the game shin megami tensei: persona 2 and he appeared as an villain in that game, few years later, persona 5 came out and the main character's code name is also joker because they wanted to make an small reference to persona 2.:thsmile:

Seriously, VRChat has better models of Lisa Silverman and Joker, as well as the entire cast of P3, P4 and P5. There's no reason that the quality should look this jank for something payed for, yet alone being this dead in model development.
