Red/Blue Civilian/Military Nightvision

I was looking for a while addons and seeing that this led to nothing I decided to create my own version of the latter. This addon contains two versions of the night vision goggles, the civilian and military version with two colors in addition, red and blue.

If you encounter any problem with this addon, thank you to report it in comment.

You could rename the Red nightvision to be Ranger Nightvision or something. Sounds a bit more natural.
