This mod is broken and needs to be fixed. The prop version does not work properly when plopping, it clips through the ground and cannot be raised with Move It! mod nor does it snap to other buildings with prop snapping. It needs to be fixed so that it clips properly with the surface and doesn't go halfway through.

This is great. I had a lot of good times in and around a green 1997 chevy lumina.

Nvm i found the issue..now i gotta take some time applying this fix to all the props with this issue

It's s till not letting you move it up? I don't know what the problem is then :( i thought not forcing it to bottom pivot point would fix it. I'll keep trying to solve it i guess
