Suicune exponentially increases all of the Ranger's mobility options

Raikou increases the hitstun of opponents significantly and has a plasma effect upon hitting the move, giving the Ranger time to move for the next hit of the string/combo, as well as opening up new combo routes that would not be normally possible

Entei makes the knockback of Ranger's moves much more potent and powerful, allowing him to take stocks much more easily at lower percents
