Like when you upgrade your infantry equipment from just a single rifle to include grenades, sniper rifles, mortars, body armor, and reliability it still costs the exact same price as just a single crappy rifle. You can upgrade your artillery with extra ammo, reliability, improved optics, and advanced gun laying drives but again all that costs no extra.
Since you push everything to max stats with no penalty, it kinda removes one of the pillars of this games logistics, quantity vs. quality
Alternatively, you can create a sub-mod and upload to steam, setting this mod as a Required mod. Most mods with multilanguage support are done this way. The advantage of this is you wouldn't have to wait for me or coordinate with me.
