描述
This mod triples both the positive and negative effects of ruler personalities. This creates a "Rise and Fall" effect where suddenly getting a ruler with a good trait can give you an opportunity to rocket ahead, and a bad one can cripple even a superpower.

Funfact: Figuring out how to upload this mod with the new launcher took at least 5x longer than actually making it, and even longer to figure out how to give it a thumbnail.

Sorry. I don't really make eu4 mods anymore. But you or anyone else are welcome to make an updated version, even if you use my own code as a base. Just give credit to me as the original author of the old version if you are going to use my code.

Yes, that isn't a problem. I'm very free with how others use my mods. Broadcast, use it in your own mods, whatever. I'm fine with it.

I love this mod, we are using it for our mod compilation on our discord server - https://discord.gg/UuwJgvP . Can we broadcast your mod in our multiplayer sessions? We normally play modded games every single Thursday and we give a request to the moderator before streaming.

Then the person who made governments expanded must have touched the file where personalities are defined. In that case the mods are simply incompatible.
