Clarke Station

"Clarke" station. A circular trading station which you can jog around just like in 2001 a Space Odyssey. It is a rough approximation of how you would build a rotating station.

Was originally a spherical gravity generator station but it behaved too oddly.

PCU seems to randomly be around about 4090 - 5500 after deleting all the LCDs, most of the lights, the second docking bay, the second air lock, half the conveyors, the spare vent, and most of the furniture >:(

If i remove the gravity generators it usually floats under 5000, but for some reason the PCU still jumps everywhere.
