Threshold

Without warm water in my head...

A simple skin with a monochromatic (as in grayscale, and also as in a single colour) look to it. Partially inspired by Pineapple Swiss's excellent Black and White skin (http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=185845488). Work in progress, of course.

(Note 1: Wakeboard is currently unplayable with this skin, sorry. Plus I haven't really tested it in anything but Mono. The one song I played on Double Vision seemed to work OK with the coloured blocks, but don't take my word for it.)

(Note 2: It's called Threshold because originally it was going to be just black and white with no shades of grey or colour(s), like if the Threshold option from Photoshop or GIMP was applied to it, but then it changed into this and I kept the name because it sounded cool)

Update 2013-10-25: Small fix, road now extends all the way to the end of the track on high graphics settings.

Update 2013-11-17: Really small fix that I should probably have gotten around to uploading earlier, grey blocks are now flat colour and not those completely out-of-place glowy sphere things.

Update 2013-12-13: Relatively big update, most of the skin elements have been tweaked with the intention of making the skin more interesting to look at without sacrificing the aesthetic. I'm of the opinion that it's a pretty big improvement over the original, but if you prefer the first version, let me know and I can probably do something about it for you. Any feedback on the change is welcome.

Update 2014-03-07: Removed the blocks that fly up to the score so as to get around that annoying bug with them filling the screen that was introduced recently. Greatly reduced amount of air debris, because I didn't actually realize how to do that until now. Thrusters are no longer translucent. Now with 23.6% less relation to that one episode of Voyager.
