描述

The unfeeling trait (given to androids with the "Remove self will" operation) is changed so androids are unfeeling, not completely neutered in thought and capability.

Unfeeling changes:

Global workspeed penalty removed
Learning speed changed from -100% to -50%

Androids will still function normally, but with majorly reduced social impact and learning capability. Still a capable pawn. More machine than evolving sentient being.

I verified that this mod is working as it is in 1.3 so I've added it to the No Version Warning-mod
