P-3 is the type of the Soviet panel houses. This houses was building in Moscow from the late 1970s to the end of the USSR. These houses were pretty comfortable for that time.

There are two buildings with different colors: red and blue

You can also use "$STORAGE RESOURCE_TRANSPORT_PASSANGER ##" to get a fixed number capacity instead of $STORAGE_LIVING_AUTO *meshname* (which is a function of mesh volume and quality of flats).
