how do i actually get these?

@Twink315 I am planning on converting these into eco commercial some time in the future. When if I do convert them is it okay if I upload them to the workshop? I will give you credit.

Yeah i actually wanted a high density commercial with all the workspace and demand it fullfills since otherwise you'd need an endless amount of eco commercials to compensate for it^^

Had looked forward to more Eco Commercial assets even if they were converted vanilla commercial assets. You should note that all your assets are still regular High Commercial growables and not Eco Commercial growables albeit using props from the Green DLC. Recommend changing the category in the editor. The change would be:

Sub-Service: Eco Organic
UI Category: Organic Commercial

Yeah all of them are. Most of theme are lvl 3 high density stuff. So it might need some time till they grow. Its easier when they are set up within a district style with the mod.. i forgot how it was called. That let you choose district styles and make them yourself xP
