A not!Rhythm Badge for a forward spec and his NSpec pulling the opponent towards him were interesting choices, and I find the forward smash animation feels a bit awkward. But I enjoy the sense of speed he has, and the down special being either a light dash or a meteor drop based on if it's ground or air is what I wish that he had in Smash proper.
