Disgaea's cute mute bystander with aptitudes in speed and accuracy, she nimbly takes down opponents from a distance.

Many of her moves are rather long-ranged, allowing her to approach the opponent from a safe distance.

Neutral Special: Sammy Shot; Shouldering her toy shark like a rocket launcher, Pleinair fires a deadly energy blast.

Side Special: Mascot Toss; Pleinair dashes forwards and grabs the opponent. Hold back during the grab to suplex the opponent, otherwise she will throw the opponent forwards in classic Disgaea fashion.

Down Special: Usagi Drop; Pleinair sends her stuffed rabbit Usagi to attack the enemy, which explodes on contact while walking around.

Up Special: Deicide Shooter; Growing mechanical wings, Pleinair launches herself upwards.
