No. It just never had people taking advantage of it. I always had workers and even when I had no other sport around, no one would come. I experienced this for several builds on several maps in 2019 and 2020. I haven't played this year much. It's such a great little concept. I always hoped it would work.

Is this mod broken due to patches of the main game?

I can not get my peeps to use this mod.

it's useful, but should be nerfed, currently it's too pwerful for such a small structure
