Be better if the attacks came out quicker and he didn't feel so heavy.

this really should be balanced, if you pick this character the chance of losing is way to high, you need luck on your side

his recovery sucks and his attacks are so slow, damage doesnt feel rewarding either, really should be balanced, probably the worst recovery i have seen

he is a funny meme pick character even if he wasnt made for that but really should be balanced up a bit to make him a better character

Whats with those copy pasted comments down there? Anyway honestly this is a weird random pick of a character and it's exactly why I like it so much. Honestly if the sprite and animation work was better I'd say this is a pretty solid silly character, the moves are actually pretty fun to use
