RWBY World of Remnant Combat Extended Patch

描述
Adds Combat Extended compability to RWBY World of Remnant.

Load Order:
- Combat Extended
- RWBY World of Remnant
- RWBY World of Remnant Combat Extended Patch

Note:
The RWBY weapons will not use ammunition like the CE weapons.
This is intended as most weapons already use Dust as ammunition for special abilities and managing multiple instances of ammunition will be alot of work and your backpack will always be full.
Additionally weapons that use the CE ammunition mechanics won´t work that well with Velvet´s Camera, as the Light Copy will have to reload and if the Light Copy disappears so will the ammunition. Making Light Copies of RWBY weapons will work without disadvantages.

I hope the balancing is alright, because if have never used Combat Extended before. If something feels odd, fell free to tell me.

I do have the source code, but i probably gonna start fom 0 when doing this patch mod, because so much has changed in CE and my RWBY mod in the time Rimworld 1.0 went to 1.2
I remember this mod broke after an update from CE back then and i never bothered to update it because it happenes so often when CE does new features and not just with my patch.

Oh boy, sounds like CE changed alot more than i expected with the last update.

I've tried it and it worked but every weapon now has a faster fireing rate than the minigun. Anything with granades now just delets things out of existence.

Hm, probably CE had an update that broke my mod, i will look into that when i have time.
