History:
Tara is an archaeological site of Ireland in County Meath. In Irish Celtic mythology, Tara is the mythical capital of Ireland, located in the fifth province of Mide, in the center of the country: it is the "hill of kings". The medieval texts relating to the mythical tradition of Ireland teach us that it is divided into four provinces (or four kingdoms): Ulster (Ulaidh, in Irish), Connaught (Connachta), Leinster (Laighin) and Munster (Mumhain) to which is added that of Meath (Midhe) which consists of some of the others. It is located in the center and there is the city of Tara, residence of "ard ri Erenn", the supreme kings, advised by the Druids. It is the site of all religious, political and judicial assemblies as well as the enthronement of the king which is the occasion of the famous "Feast of Tara". Despite the wealth of mythological stories associated with it, current historians believe that Tara was not the seat of a real kingship but rather a site dedicated to royal rites or a concept essentially mythical. In the historical period, royalty on Tara would have been assumed by the kings of Leinster in the fourth century and fifth century, then by those of Ulster, to be finally captured by the dynasty of Ui Neill in the seventh century and will become the Ard ri Erenn (the High King of Ireland).

Rise and Fall is needed and it is compatible with Gathering Storm.
