描述
A 14-storey brick residential building, originally designed by Soviet architect E. Vulykh (officially: series II-67). A modernised variant with white tiles and slightly higher quality of flats is also included.

This model was originally developed by Pashka2125 for "Cites Skylines", and has been adapted for "Soviet Republic" by me with full permission from the original author.

All credit for the 3d art goes to Pashka2125.

Update 01/02/2020: new textures for the white Vulykh tower by Indianos (Comrade Joe)
Update 14/05/2020: removed road connection, edited pedestrian connections, revised stats according to the original floor plan (thanks to Flayoun).

Already built assets are not affected by the update. Also, at the moment I just updated the white version and not the brown brick one.

Seeing the issue with capacity 196/229
I wonder if it was fixed blow and I already had one built so that is the version I get

Just like with resources, housing capacity is autocalculated by the game, based on the volume of the mesh I guess.

Great work! But why so much people it holds? Much more than the highest vanilla block.
14 storeys * 6 flats per a storey * 2 family members = 168 workers =)

I already made it darker than the original, but to me it seems close to the shopping mall, so not too bright.

Very bright texture. Contrasts with other buildings. make them darker by 80%
