My first Residential buildings

High residential apartments - Level 1
4x3 lot size.

Fairly detailed i think for my first residential, if you think its over the top let me know i want feedback :)

Make sure you download pldemo's hedge, or put your own in the front garden bed. The outdoor areas are in need of tables and chairs! Fill them for the residents :)

This has quickly become one of my favorite and most used assets on my current build. LOVE these for in fill in suburban downtowns and edges of the city proper. Really good work!
