Are all the parking spots in the building fully functional? TM:PE with realistic parking on shows the building as red even though most of the parking spots appear to be empty.

@KingLeno you make really great assets, I use a couple of them. This one is also a great building to have in the city.

It is however missing the StoneBollard as @pokersmile says. Using the LSM, it points to Network Extensions 2 (another great mod, but had to unsubscribie from that one) and not to the Stone Bollards Prop Pack, the requirement for this asset. (https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=852704772) .

Maybe you can add that missing bollard to this building, or use another one?
