Different function given and turned into a workshop item by me

PART 2:

This is a building done in Stalinists empire style prominent in 1950's architecture of the USSR, similar buildings were build across the Eastern block.
It serves as a small Party HQ with 30 workers and 25 Party Officials. One pedestrian access.

You can press Ctrl+C+H+E, that will activate So called cheat mode And then if you go to the construction menu and hold Ctrl+B a "civ" option Will appear where you can select them and build them.

Hey, you know the really old buildings that come with the game, like in the map editor for example, is it possible to release them as working mods? So we could make old cities :steamhappy:

Yep exactly, cheaper and smaller. Best for smaller towns as a university.

ВКП(б) в 1952-м году была переименована в КПСС, а в 1956-м году осудили культ личности и портреты Сталина исчезли с фасадов зданий и т. п. События в игре начинаются с 1960-го года. Вопрос - о чём вы думали, когда делали это здание?
