描述
This mod gives Carthage the starting territory and armies of both Libya and Nova Carthago.

Also decreases minor faction income bonus and small AI faction army limit.

Not compatible with other turn per year mods or the All Factions Playable mod.

I have the 2 turns per year mod installed, but when i disable that and then install the 1 turn per year version of this mod it works.

I will be glad to see your mod 1 year a few moves. To run with your mod on Carthage.You have a head and hands. I would be grateful.

It works for me with the latest release version, as far as I can tell. Do you crash or it just doesn't give Carthage the territory? If its the second one, then you have another mod conflicting.

Unfortunately does not work with v.2.2.0 build 15666.640460. Update if not difficult. The patch is great, really want to play.
