Fixes the 69 Sedan.

This little addon continues the lineage that started with the Fixed 78 Pickup, fixing up various problems with the 1969 Plymouth Sport Fury aka the "69 sedan" (despite the fact its a coupe). The hubcaps were replaced with authentic Sport Fury ones, and the interior was given a little more detail. The various dents have also been repaired.
