Better Missionaries

This is a simple mod that improves the Missionary unit in a few ways with certain upgrades that help movement and survivability.
Specifically, these new Missionaries get these promotions:
- Ignore Terrain Cost
- Embarkation
- Extra Sight I
The goal of this is to make Missionaries spend less time moving to a city and more time converting the city! Your Missionaries will travel faster with less restriction. The Extra Sight I promotion is intended to anticipate ambushes from Barbarians and other enemies earlier.
