Max Gain Cap Removal

描述
MAKE YOUR LEGENDARY THRUMBOFUR PARKAS BE WORTH IT!

"Max Gain Cap Removal" Removes any Max Gain restrictions coming with higher quality items like apparel.

In the example a Legendary Thrumbofur Parka in vanilla is worth $4150, with my mod it has no penalty on gain and is worth $5745...

If there are any issues please tell me!

Update 1.6
Works in 1.4, is tested with all DLCs.

Update 1.5
Made it work for V1.0, V1.1, V1.2, V1.3 and tested it in all versions. It should now work as intended and be more compatible than before.

My colony lost 200,000 in net worth with the update.. But it's the correct net worth, it was getting super-inflated because it was applying the quality multiplier twice with my mod collection. Kudos, Kaedys.

Oh absolutely no problem at all. I was too lazy to go through my own modlist as well so expecting someone else to would be unfair.
