Never said it was a nerf. Reason I haven't unlocked it is because the TFA base doesn't let me add my own weapon damage than underwater. Reason because you can still do a lot of damage underwater due to it not slowing down the bullet. If I ever go to make my own rewrite of the base and can edit the damage value then I will add shooting underwater. But until then I am not allowing underwater firing because of that. I know this is not a balance to the game but I don't want my addon to be voided by everyone because it's way to OP... If more people vote for that kind of feel I will add it to the packs.

As much as I wish I could sadly I would need modelling skills but I don't have them. I would add c_hands if I could but I would have to remake every model where there is hands and then redo some of the lua. And if I add attachments I then have to add more code that might push it over the workshop limit where it breaks the addon completely. Sadly the c_hands I cannot do based on my lack of modeling skill and attachments I would have to remove some guns because of the workshop size limit. I hope you understand.
Sadly I only rebalanced them. I didn't make the TFA replacement. Sorry to disappoint. I will try to update it with c_hands though!
